Annie had been reading her big green book and decided that she needed a dictionary. Annie went over to Rebecca's to play and Dr.Young gave her a dictionary. Rebecca's dad had a wall of words in their kitcken, the wall was covered in words he liked. Dr.Young told Annie she was not sick she was just despondent. Rebecca came down stairs with her hamster cage. Annie and Rebecca cleaned out the cage. They tried to figure out a way to look inside the haunted house.
The next morning Annie looked up the word despondent(it means in low spirits from loss of hope or courage.) Annie decided she wasn't despondent but cautious. Annie went downstairs for breakfast to find her father reading the paper. He called her "moonbeam". Before her brother died they would snuggle and read the paper together. Annie talked to her parents about the book she was reading about sickness. She talked about fiber and colon cancer. After breakfast Annie decided to write her will. She divided up her things between friends and family. Then the moving truck pulled up across the street. After seeing the old lady that was moving in Annie figured out how to get inside the house.
