Hayden Way Down Deep pg.132-154

On Younder Mountain Ruby was woken by her Grandmother and commanded to fix breakfest. She had a lot of chores to do. Back in Way Down Mrs. Arbutus missed Ruby June. She even went over to the Reeder's house to borrow Rita because she needed to dote on someone. Ruby's Grandmother made Ruby sit down and to her. Ruby told her stories about Mr. and Mrs. Docter. 

That following Saturday Uncle Chris arrived groceries for Ruby and Grandma. Ruby met her cousin Sidney. Sidney told her about Grandma being mean to everyone. Uncle Chris and Aunt Max were excited to put Ruby in the house with Grandma so they wouldn't have to care for her. This made Ruby very sad. In the following days Ruby got packages in the mail from Mrs. Arbutus. Back in Way Down all the people at The Roost missed Ruby.
