Luke finished taking a shower after the very long trip. When Luke got dressed he ate food made from Uncle Eli's cook. When Luke met a boy named Toby, the snuck to the ocean to get a perfect view of it. When Luke tried to draw the ocean, Toby got stolen and Luke and his uncle tried to get him back from a guy named Jake Morgan. After they got him back, Luke's uncle had a boat ready to set sail to California. He wanted Luke and Toby to come with him. They could even get a teacher to teach them.
